The Pullman Writing Center and the Disabled Student Center (DSC) are co-hosting a self advocacy workshop on Friday, 10/2/26. The event will be held in the DSC in the Terrell Library Basement, East Level, Room B 20 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Participants will explore how writing can empower your voice and goals. Workshop activities will give participants a chance to practice professional and interpersonal communication skills and build confidence around discussing accommodations and learning needs.
Writing Center Consultants, DSC staff, and staff from the Access Center will guide participants through structured activities, offer feedback and guidance, and provide peer-to-peer connection and support.
